Equipment Specifications
The ultrafiltration equipment features 1 to 10 membrane systems with permeation rates of 60-500 liters and paint feed rates of 1-10 m³/h. The complete system includes ultrafiltration raw material pumps, bag filters, specialized ultrafiltration membranes for electrophoretic paint, frames, and can be custom-configured to meet specific requirements.
In the electrophoresis system, paint liquid circulates through the ultrafiltration device, with membrane permeate used for workstation rinsing water. The closed-loop circulation process involves pumping electrophoretic paint from the tank through a bag filter (less than 25μm) or other pretreatment filter, then directly into the ultrafiltration system for paint concentration before returning to the electrophoretic tank.
