Our High-Precision Automatic Anodizing Production Line features 11 dedicated water washing tanks to ensure quality assurance in aluminum anodizing processes. Each washing tank is constructed from 15mm Taiwan Lida PP material with rectangular diagonal overflow devices for thorough removal of residual chemicals, preventing cross-contamination between processes.
Key Features:
- Gantry cranes with SS body and Italian motors provide ±3mm positioning accuracy
- Anodizing process uses 3 tanks with 25V-3000A rectifiers for uniform oxide film formation (thickness tolerance ±2μm)
- 4 temperature-controlled coloring tanks for customized workpiece color
- Intelligent control system with Omron PLC and Mitsubishi inverters for precise parameter adjustment
- 5μ precision filtration system with Taiwan "Guobao" pumps for clean washing water
- HMI displays real-time data (tank temperature, washing time) for quality tracking
