For aluminum surface finishing applications requiring a clean working environment, our Gantry-Type Automatic Anodizing Line is equipped with an independent exhaust system. Each key tank (chemical degreasing, alkali etching, anodizing, coloring) has dedicated exhaust hoods (8mm PP material), connected to a 500mm diameter main duct (6mm PP plate) that efficiently removes acid/alkali fumes—protecting workers and complying with global occupational health standards. The line’s 3 gantry cranes (single-arm double-hook design) are controlled by PLC, with stepless speed regulation to handle workpieces up to 3600×1300×30mm. The anodizing section uses 3 tanks with 20HP chillers, maintaining optimal temperature (±2℃) for oxide film formation, while the coloring section (4 tanks) uses steam heating (0.2-0.5Mpa) to achieve desired hues. Constructed with high-quality materials—304 stainless steel for degreasing/coloring tanks, 15mm PP for washing/anodizing tanks—the line resists corrosion and ensures long service life. The electrical system uses Schneider contactors and Omron relays, enhancing reliability. With a 5-10 minute cycle time, it supports mass production, making it ideal for industries like furniture, hardware, and automotive. The independent exhaust system, combined with classified waste water treatment, makes it a sustainable choice for global manufacturers.

After the equipment is delivered and put into use, will provide technical support and service for 12 months free of charge (except consumables), and the manufacturer will be responsible for free maintenance of parts damaged by non-human operation errors. After the expiration of the warranty period,will continue to provide lifetime paid technical support.

2. Provide Chinese and English documents for equipment installation, operation and maintenance to facilitate follow-up support for operator training.

3. Provide mechanical and electronic parts for one year.

4. Provide a copy of the warranty stating the effective date of the warranty, the coverage and the seller's contact person.
