Our Precision Temperature-Controlled Automatic Anodizing Line ensures uniform oxide film formation through advanced temperature control technology. Key features include:
- 3 anodizing tanks equipped with 20HP air-cooled chillers (U.S. "Tecumseh" compressors) and Omron thermostats
- Maintains temperature at 15-20℃ (±2℃) for consistent oxide film formation (thickness variation <2μm)
- Chemical degreasing tank uses steam heating (0.2-0.5Mpa) with Omron thermostats at 80-90℃ (±1℃)
- 4 coloring tanks with steam heating controlled to 50-60℃ (±1℃) for uniform color absorption
- Multiple temperature sensors in each tank (top, middle, bottom) ensure even heat distribution
- PLC control system adjusts heating/cooling in real time based on sensor data
- 50mm rock wool insulation for degreasing/coloring tanks reduces temperature fluctuations
- 11 washing tanks with temperature monitoring maintain optimal cleaning temperatures
