Optical glass cleaning agent is a water-based environmentally friendly cleaning solution designed for use before and after processes such as glass etching, CNC machining, precision engraving, strengthening, tempering, screen printing, grinding, polishing, and coating. This specialized formulation effectively removes various contaminants including cutting fluid, potassium nitrate, polishing powder/liquid, ink, asphalt, scale, watermarks, dust, white spots, mold spots, fingerprints, grinding powder, and glass powder residue from flat grinding operations. The cleaning efficiency exceeds 99.99% with high cleanliness standards and prevents fogging.

Usage Instructions
Dilute the concentrate proportionally to create the working solution. Heat to 50-60°C and maintain constant temperature for 5-10 minutes, or perform ultrasonic cleaning for 2-3 minutes. For heavily oil-contaminated workpieces, extend cleaning time or use multi-chamber multiple-pass method for thorough cleaning.
