Specialized Activator For Magnesium Alloys Mag-2011
The specialized activator for magnesium alloys, Mag-2011, effectively removes surface oxides and product forming agents from magnesium alloys, achieving thorough surface cleaning and preparation.
Usage Method (1000L Solution Preparation)
- Fill the chemical tank to approximately 1/3 capacity (about 300L)
- Add 50 kg of Mag-2011 to the chemical tank
- Add pure water to reach 1000L total volume
- Heat to the required operating temperature
- Wait until the powder dissolves completely, then start the filtration mixer for stirring
