The magnesium alloy passivation agent Mag-4011 serves as a film-forming agent that creates a dense protective film on product surfaces, significantly enhancing corrosion resistance and improving coating adhesion properties.
Usage Method (1000L Solution Preparation)
- Fill the chemical tank to approximately 1/3 capacity (about 300L)
- Add 100 kg of Mag-4011 to the chemical tank
- Add pure water to reach 1000L total volume
- Heat to the required operating temperature
- Start the filtration mixer for stirring

Processing Solution Concentration Determination Method

- Using a 0.1 mol/L NaOH standard solution for titration, until the solution in the conical flask changes from yellow to blue-green, record the volume of titration consumed Vml. The acid point = Vpt

Filling frequency: When the pH value is less than 7.8, add Mag4011a (8.5 - pH value) * tank volume (L) * 0.015 kg
Mag4011B supplementation: Carried out at 0.02 times the amount of supplementation of Mag-4011A
