Usage Method

Thoroughly clean the processing tank before use
For new tanks or production lines: wash with 10% sulfuric acid solution, rinse with water, then add measured AL-102 and required deionized water
Operating temperature: 65 ± 5 °C
Concentration: 30-50g/L of AL-102
Processing time: 3-10 minutes

Processing Solution Concentration Determination

Take 10 ml sample solution and add to 250 ml conical flask
Add 50 ml distilled water and 3 drops of indicator
Titrate with 0.1 mol/L sulfuric acid standard solution until colorless endpoint
