Our integrated anodizing equipment enables efficient small-batch processing of aluminum alloy workpieces and new product sample testing. With straightforward operation and low operational costs, this solution accelerates product development while effectively meeting customer requirements for sample production and small orders.
Operating Procedure
Follow these steps for optimal results with our compact anodizing system:
- Activate the 220V power supply and refrigeration unit, setting temperature to 15-20°C
- Power up the chemical cleaning tank and sealed tank 30 minutes in advance
- Set chemical cleaning tank temperature to 90-100°C and sealed tank to 65-80°C
- Prepare workpieces for anodizing process
Anodizing Process Steps
- Chemical cleaning tank immersion: 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Water wash tank: Remove chemical solution residue
- Anodizing tank: Activate anodizing switch for 35 minutes to form oxide film
- Water wash: Clean anodized workpiece
- Dyeing tank: Immerse for coloring (resulting in black finish)
- Water wash: Remove excess dye
- Sealed tank: Perform hole sealing process
- Final water wash: Complete the anodizing process
After blowing dry, the workpiece achieves an attractive black anodized finish.
