Self-Locking Wedge-Grip Side Exit Cable Gripper 1.5mm Auto-Grip Anti-Drop Suspension Wire Rope Safety Clamp
Self-Locking Wedge-Grip Side Exit Cable Gripper 1.5mm – Gravity Does the Locking
????️ Load-Activated: Heavier Load = Tighter Grip
Most cable grippers rely on spring tension or friction alone—vulnerable to vibration, shock, and gradual slippage. Our Wedge-Grip Self-Locking Side Exit Cable Gripper uses the load itself to power the lock. As weight increases, the wedge-grip mechanism wedges tighter, achieving 60%+ of wire rope breaking strength in holding force. Zero slippage at full rated load.
???? Proportional Locking Force
Grip strength scales directly with load weight. Light loads get gentle hold; heavy loads get maximum clamp—automatically, no adjustment needed.
???? 60%+ Breaking Strength Hold
Tested to sustain over 60% of the wire rope's minimum breaking strength without slippage, creep, or sudden release. Safety factor exceeds industry norms.
???? Zero Creep Under Vibration
Unlike spring-loaded grippers that can micro-slip under vibration, the wedge-grip wedge geometry resists dynamic loosening. Ideal for HVAC and industrial suspension.
⚠️ Fail-Safe Design
If the cable experiences sudden shock load, the self-energizing mechanism instantly increases clamping force—preventing catastrophic drop failure.
