- Dust holding capacity and resistance: High dust holding capacity extends replacement cycles. Initial resistance typically 50-80Pa with low air resistance, reducing system energy consumption.
- Installation and maintenance: Reusable frame and support frame. Only the filter bag needs replacement, making maintenance convenient and fast while significantly reducing operating costs.
- Filter efficiency: According to EN 779 standard, medium-efficiency bag filters are graded F5-F9. F5 efficiency for 1.0μm particles is 45%, F6 is 65%, F7 is 85%, F8 is 90%, and F9 is 95% (colorimetric method).
