Our manufacturing center conducts systematic research on slip ring structural components, specializing in ring surface/axis machining and precision electric components. Our mirror cutting technology for slip ring conductor contact surfaces has reached internationally leading standards.
This laboratory provides the foundation for selecting core components including brush wires and conductive ring materials. We currently maintain 12 friction pair technologies suitable for specialized applications such as high-speed slip rings, long service life requirements, corrosive environments, high temperature conditions, and big data transmission applications.
Our laboratory specializes in dynamic performance testing of high-speed slip ring current collectors, with support from the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. The facility is equipped with 5 test benches featuring different speeds and torques, with maximum testing capabilities of 90,000 RPM and 5.5 N.m output torque.
