Maintenance Guide
After Each Use
Wait for cooktop to cool, then wipe oil stains with neutral detergent and soft cloth/sponge. Do not use steel wool.
Weekly Deep Cleaning
- Burner Caps/Flame Distributors: Remove gently, soak in warm water with neutral detergent for 10-15 minutes. Use thin wire or toothpick to unclog fire holes. Rinse, dry completely to prevent rust, then reinstall aligned with slots.
- Ignition Electrode: Wipe dust and oil from tip with dry soft cloth. Gently adjust distance to burner cap.
