① Preheat the empty oven: Adjust to 200℃ and preheat for 15-20 minutes. During this period, there may be a slight odor (due to the evaporation of the new oven coating), so open the window for ventilation.
② Clean the inner tank: After preheating and cooling, wipe the remaining protective oil or dust on the inner tank with a damp cloth.
③ Check the flame: After ignition, observe whether the flame is a stable blue color without any yellow flame or flameout.
Preheating brings the inner pot to the preset temperature and ensures that ingredients are heated evenly. When baking cookies, cakes, bread, etc., preheating is essential; otherwise, ingredients may have the problem of being cooked on the outside but hard on the inside, with a firm texture. For grilled meat and vegetables, the preheating time can be appropriately shortened, but the taste of the finished product will be better after preheating.
