Scope of application:

Mainly tests the thermal resistance of thin thermal conductors, solid electrical insulation materials, thermal conductive silicone grease, resins, rubber, ceramics, aluminum substrates and other materials, as well as the contact thermal resistance at solid interfaces and the thermal conductivity of materials. The detection material is a solid sheet, and with a surrounding frame, it can detect powder and paste materials. Widely used in material thermal conductivity analysis and testing in universities, research institutions, quality inspection departments, and production plants.
