Water Curtain Cabinet Painting Table Used For Painting Assembly Line Workshop

Purpose and working principle:

Environmentally-friendly water curtain cabinet (painting table) is mainly used for painting assembly line workshops in all walks
of life as environmental protection equipment for painting waste gas treatment. Its working principle is that the self-priming
pump circulates and pumps water to the water curtain plate to flow down evenly, and the exhaust gas (lacquer) sprayed by the spray gun is hit by the water on the water curtain board to the water discharge below. In addition, a small part of the exhaust gas
(lacquer) is discharged from the outside of the workshop by the fan above through the exhaust duct. So that there is no exhaust
gas (lacquer) in the workshop, to give everyone a good working environment. The characteristic is that the remaining paint powder
can be directly hit in the pool or water curtain during painting, and the odor generated during painting and a small amount of
unadsorbed paint powder are filtered through the multi-layer water curtain and discharged to the outside of the paint spraying
room through the exhaust fan, so as to purify the painting working environment and protect human health, and can enhance the
finish of the painted workpiece
