Introduction:
This machine is a 25-ton flat vulcanizing machine, suitable for pressing various molded products, such as rubber and plastic, and also for sheet products. This machine bed is of a four-column integral structure, with a downward (upward) pressing type. It is divided into three parts: the main unit, the oil tank and the electrical control box. The main unit is equipped with components such as plungers, oil cylinders, fixed plates, and movable plates. The fuel tank is equipped with components such as an oil pump, pipes, and valves. The oil pump is driven by an electric motor. The electrical control box is equipped with push-button switches, magnetic starters, timing alarms, brake temperature controllers, overload protectors, etc. When the motor is overloaded, it can automatically cut off the power supply. The electric heating is controlled by an automatic temperature controller in three ways, which can be adjusted freely within the range of 20 to 200 degrees. Once the temperature is reached, the circuit can automatically maintain a constant temperature. After the set vulcanization time is reached, an automatic alarm will sound.
