Dumbbell shaped prototype

The dumbbell shaped prototype is suitable for making plastic semi-rigid and hard non-metallic materials into dumbbell shaped, rectangular and other standard samples. The sample blank is directly loaded into the corresponding fixture and clamped, tightly attached to the rotating milling cutter for milling and forming. The chips are sucked in by a vacuum cleaner and randomly matched with Type I and II dumbbell shaped sample fixtures that comply with GB/T1040 "Test Methods for Plastic Tensile Properties". It can also be customized according to user requirements.
