Product Construction
The ADSS single-sheath stranded cable features 250μm optical fibers placed into PBT loose tubes filled with waterproof compound. The cable core centers around a non-metallic fiber-reinforced composite (FRP) reinforcement. Loose tubes are twisted around the central core with water-blocking filler and waterproof tape. The construction includes rayon yarn, polyethylene inner sheath, aramid yarn strength member, and PE or AT outer sheath.
