The ADSS cable features 250μm optical fibers placed into PBT loose tubes filled with waterproof compound. The cable core center utilizes fiber-reinforced composite (FRP) as non-metallic central reinforcement. Loose tubes are twisted around the central reinforcing core with water-blocking filler and waterproof tape. The cable is completed with rayon yarn, polyethylene (PE) inner sheath, aramid yarn strength member, and PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.

Manufactured in compliance with DL/T 788-2016 standard for all dielectric self-supporting optical fiber cables.
Cables are coiled on bakelite, wooden, or ironwood drums with proper protection during transportation. Both ends are sealed with reserve length of at least 3 meters. Cable markings are white and printed at 1-meter intervals on the outer sheath, with customizable legend according to user requirements.
