ASU Fiber Cable GYFFY 8 Core 100m Fiber Optic Cable Flame Retardant
The GYFFY structure access optical cable sheaths 250μm optical fiber into a high modulus loose tube filled with waterproof compound. Designed for self-supporting aerial deployments, this cable is ideal for outside plant distribution and local network loop architectures.
Constructed with G.652D single-mode optical fiber, the ASU cable features a fully dielectric design with water-repellent gel compound for watertight integrity. It provides efficient transmission in the 1310nm to 1550nm wavelength range, compatible with CWDM transmission.
Compared to ADSS cables, the ASU cable offers lighter weight for reduced installation costs and easier handling, making it an optimal solution for projects not requiring high-density cables.
