Fiber cables are coiled on bakelite, wooden, or ironwood drums. During transportation:
- Use proper tools to prevent package damage
- Protect from moisture, high temperatures, and fire
- Avoid over-bending and crushing
- Prevent mechanical stress and damage
- Single cable length per drum only
- Sealed ends with minimum 3m reserve length
Cable markings are white, printed at 1m intervals on the outer sheath. Marking legend can be customized per user requirements.
