Major Application:

UH1058.6 is specifically designed HMPUR for profile wrapping to suit the needs for fast production line. This product has great green strength and heat stability, and it is an ideal adhesive for wood-veneer, wood-PVC and aluminum-veneer profile wrapping. It’s open time at 25^oＣis about 40-60seconds but actual open time in production condition can be easily adjusted between 50-75 seconds

A high-performance adhesive that cures by reacting with moisture in the air or substrate, forming a strong, flexible bond.

Characteristics

Initial strength: high green strength to hold surface film with base substrates.

Weathering resistance: Cured substrates can stand for high temperature, high humidity and long term weathering without delimitation.

Good adhesion:This product has good adhesion to in-door or out-door PVC, veneer and other surface materials.

Heat stable:This product is very stable at 120-140 ^oC on heated unit or slot die coater. Great flowing properties even with relative high viscosity
