The multi-station wheel laser welding machine is an automated laser welding equipment with a rotating indexing plate as its core. Multiple stations are distributed around the wheel. The workpiece is sent to different processing positions in sequence by rotating the indexing plate, realizing the continuous operation of "welding while loading and unloading". It is suitable for welding scenarios with fast production cycles, many repetitive parts, and high requirements for product consistency.

After the workpiece is placed in the fixture, it enters the welding station through the indexing wheel rotation;

The laser head performs welding (spot welding or seam welding) according to the preset trajectory;

After welding is completed, the wheel continues to rotate and the workpiece moves to the next station (such as inspection or unloading);
