The electric sanitary 3-way ball valvedelivers precision flow diversion in ultra-clean processes(T flow or L flow).Engineered for pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech applications,food processing, and beverage production,zero contamination riskwith polished Ra ≤ 0.8 μm surfaces.The integrated IP67 waterproof electric actuator enables automated process control 4-20mA or Modbus signals.
Hygienic 3Way Electric Ball Valve:
● Featuring 304/316L stainless steel construction with electropolished (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm) ,meeting FDA ,EU 1935/2004,and 3-A Sanitary Standards.
● Using food-grade sealing materials such as PTFE or EPDM, which are non-toxic and corrosion-resistant, ensures that there is zero leakage from the valve.
● Through PLC and DCS system integration, remote control and timed control are achieved. By adjusting the modules, the flow or pressure can be controlled more precisely.
● 90° Rotary Actuator with On/off Type,4-20mA,0-10VDC,1-5VDC,Modbus Regulated Control.
● Connection: Weld Type,Tri Clamp Type,Thread Type.
● 3 way type:T-port flow,and L-port flow are available.
● It is applicable to the Pharma/Biotech,Dairy Processing,Food and Beverage,Cosmetics.
