Descriptions Of Pneumatic Sanitary Ball Valve:
The pneumatic sanitary ball valve is specially designed for industries with high hygiene requirements such as food, pharmaceuticals, and bioengineering. It is made of stainless steel and features a surface polishing treatment (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm), meeting the CIP/SIP (cleaning in place/sterilization in place) process requirements. It ensures zero contamination and zero dead corners during fluid transportation.It is driven by pneumatic actuators (single/ double acting) to achieve quickly open and close (≤ 1 second),and reliable automated control.
Features Of SONGO Food Grade Pneumatic Actuator Ball Valve:
1). The valve body is mirror-polished, with crevice-free construction to prevent bacterial residue. Additionally, it has a full port design, ensuring unobstructed flow and suitable for high-viscosity media (such as juices and pharmaceutical liquids).
2). Multiple sanitary-grade connections are available for selection: Tri-Clamp (DIN 32676), threaded (SMS), welding. Installation and disassembly are convenient.
3). Supports air source pressure ranging from 2 to 8 bar. After installing the positioner, it can be linked with the PLC system to achieve pneumatic automation control.
4). Leak-proof Seal:EPDM/FKM/PTFE gaskets for different media.
