Descriptions Of High Pressure 3way Pneumatic Actuator Ball Valve:
The pneumatic high-pressure three-way ball valve is specially designed for high-pressure and multi-directional fluid control systems. It features a forged valve body and reinforced sealing structure, and can withstand a maximum pressure of PN420 (Class 2500). Through the T-port or L-port flow channel design, various functions such as diversion, confluence, and flow direction switching can be achieved. It is widely used in high-pressure industrial applications such as petroleum, chemical engineering, and energy.
Design Features Of SONGO Pneumatic High Pressure 3way Ball Valve:
1).The valve body is made of stainless steel304/316,Carbon Steel and can withstand ultrahigh pressures ranging from PN100 to PN400.
2).Pneumatic rapid response ,Actuator open and colse speed ≤ 1 second, supports double acting or single acting (spring return).
3).Zero leakage seal,metal hard seal (with a temperature resistance of 600℃) or PTFE soft seal.
4).Multi-flow control, with options for T type (diversion) and L type (direction change) flow channels available.
5).Optional Limit Switch, Namur solenoid valve, F.R.L or intelligent positioner.
