The electric knife gate valve is automated cutting valve specially designed for harsh working conditions. Its powerful cutting capacity, extremely low flow resistance and reliable automatic performance make it an indispensable role in modern process industries, especially in the control systems for the transportation of slurries, particles, powders and other media.
Carbon Steel Motorized Slide Gate Valve Features:
1). The knife gate plate can easily cut through fibers, particles, slurries, powders, etc. It is the preferred choice for handling solid-liquid mixed media.
2). When fully open, the flow channel is unobstructed, approximately matching the inner diameter of the pipe, and the flow resistance is low. And it has compact structure and is lightweight.
3). The electric drive enables remote and centralized control, and can be easily integrated into DCS/PLC systems to achieve industrial automation. Optional with voltages of 12VDC, 24VDC, 24VAC, 110VAC, 220VAC, 380VAC, etc.
