Working principle of Lever Float Single Seat Steam Trap:

When the system is initially started, the automatic air discharge device is in an open state, quickly removing the non-condensable gases in the system. When steam and hot condensed water enter, the temperature in the valve chamber rises, and the air discharge device automatically closes; at this time, the float rises and falls automatically with the water level, driving the lever to adjust the opening degree of the valve seat hole, and continuously discharging the condensed water. When the condensed water stops entering, the float descends due to its own weight, driving the lever to drive the valve core to close the valve seat hole. Because the valve seat hole is under the condensate water level, it forms a water seal, and during operation, there is no fresh steam leakage.
