Descriptions Of Stainless steel Flange Gate Valve:
This valve adopts a wedge-type elastic gate structure. For medium to large diameters, thrust bearings are installed to reduce frictional resistance, and an impact handwheel is provided for the opening and closing operation. The sealing pair uses the Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy overlay technology with different hardness levels. The valve stem is treated with quenching and nitriding to enhance corrosion resistance. The flange dimensions comply with the JB/T79-94 standard. The design and manufacture follow the GB12234-89 and other specifications, are compatible with flange connection methods, the gate plate movement direction is perpendicular to the fluid, and it is suitable for full-open and full-close working conditions.

2). The sealing surfaces are made of stainless steel and hard alloy, with long service life
3). Use flexible graphite packing, reliable sealing, and convenient and flexible operation
4). Drive methods include manual, electric, pneumatic, gear transmission. Structural types: elastic wedge type single gate plate, rigid wedge type single gate plate and double gate plate type.
5). Widely applicable to oil and steam pipelines in industries such as petrochemicals and thermal power plants, serving as the on-off devices for controlling the medium in the pipelines.
