The cryogenic check valves (also called low-temperature non-return valves ) are engineered to prevent reverse flow in liquid nitrogen (LN2), LNG, liquid oxygen (LOX), argon, and other cryogenic fluids . Built for harsh sub-zero environments , these valves ensure leak-proof performance, zero backflow, and minimal pressure drop —critical for industrial, medical, and aerospace applications .
Cryogenice Non-return Valve Features:
- Stainless steel (304/316L) body with PTFE/PCTFE seals to resist brittleness and thermal shock at -196°C,Zero Leakage.
- Bubble-Tight Shutoff,Spring-assisted or swing-type designs for instant sealing,even under vacuum or high-pressure differentials.
- Zero maintenance,No external operations required,it operates based on the pressure difference of the fluid.
- Available in flanged, threaded (NPT/BSP), welded (SW/TW) , and wafer-style connections.
