Descriptions Of Multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator:
The multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator is a new generation product of our company. Its working principle is that when the signal pressure is input into the diaphragm chamber, a thrust is generated on the diaphragm, compressing the spring, causing the push rod to move and driving the valve stem to change the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat. This process continues until the counteracting force of the spring balances the thrust of the signal pressure on the diaphragm, thereby achieving the purpose of automatically adjusting process parameters.
Therefore, as long as it is connected to the valve body of the regulating valve, the valve core can be moved to the position corresponding to the input signal. This series of actuators adopt a multi-spring diaphragm structure, featuring light weight, small size, high performance, and large output torque. It is used in conjunction with various pneumatic regulating valves to meet the technical requirements for high performance.
