The Dual Plate Wafer Check Valve is a compact check valve with a butterfly-shaped double-valve design. The valve flap is composed of two symmetrical valve flaps that rotate around the central axis to achieve the opening and closing function. The valve is connected by a flange connection, occupying a small space and weighing lightly. It is widely used in water treatment systems, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), petrochemicals, seawater treatment, etc., to prevent the backflow of media and protect the safety of equipment and pipeline systems.

When the medium is flowing in the forward direction, the fluid pressure drives the valve disc to rotate and open along the axis. The medium can pass through smoothly. When the medium flows in the reverse direction, the valve disc closes rapidly under the action of the spring force and the reverse pressure, preventing the reverse flow.
