The direct-acting film-type pressure reducing valve belongs to the pilot SS304 piston pressure reducing valve, consisting of the main valve and the pilot valve. The main valve components include valve seat, main valve disc, piston, cylinder liner, and spring. The pilot valve components include valve seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring, and adjusting spring. This product is mainly used for pressure regulation in steam pipelines, with a nominal pressure of 1.0/1.6 MPa, shell test pressure of 1.5/2.4 MPa, and the outlet pressure range covering 0.09-0.8 MPa to 0.1-1.2 MPa. The working temperature is 0℃ - 80℃.

Its working principle is to set the outlet pressure by adjusting the spring pressure, and use the diaphragm to sense the pressure change to drive the piston to adjust the throttling area of the main valve to achieve pressure reduction and stabilization.
