Descriptions Of A105 Forged Steel check valve:
Forged steel check valves are automatic valves that open and close automatically through the flow of the medium. They are mainly used to prevent the backflow of the medium and protect pumps and driving equipment from reverse rotation damage. The sealing surfaces of the valve body and the valve disc are made of stainless steel by overlay welding. The materials include carbon steel (A105), alloy steel (A182F22), and stainless steel (A182F304(L)/F316(L)). The connection methods include flange, butt welding, socket welding, and threaded ends. The applicable temperature range is from -29℃ to 425℃.
Design Features Of A105 Forged Steel check valve:
1). Full bore or reduced bore,Lift type, swing type.
2). Bolted connection, wrapped gasket sealed valve cover, threaded connection, fully welded sealed valve cover, and threaded connection.
3). Internal pressure self-tightening valve cover.
4). Design and manufacture in accordance with BS 5352, connection dimensions in accordance with ASME B16.34
5). Inspection and testing in accordance with API 598
6). Working pressure:class150-1500
7). Nominal diameter: DN15 - 50mm
