Manual 3-Way Flange Ball Valve - Full Port PTFE Seal
A 3-way ball valve is designed to control and regulate fluid flow in multiple directions within piping systems. By rotating a ball with an L-shaped or T-shaped passage, this valve can connect, isolate, or redirect flow among three pipelines, providing functions including fluid diversion, convergence, and flow direction switching.
Key Design Features
- Temperature Range: PTFE seals: -20℃ to 180℃; PPL seals: -20℃ to 280℃; Hard sealing: -15℃ to 300℃
- Nominal Diameter: DN15 to DN250
- Leakage Rate: Soft seal achieves zero leakage
- Flow Design: Full bore configuration for minimal resistance
- Maintenance: Inspection and repair possible without removing entire valve body after depressurization
