Vacuum Pulse Steam Autoclave Details
Triple Vacuum Class B Autoclave Features:
1. Standard Class B with three times vacuum, vacuum drying.
2. LCD display working status, operating temperature, pressure and time, pulsating vacuum, drying, water level and system errors.
3. The vacuum data can reach -0.8 bar, it fits various instrument, including package, unpackaged, solid, hollow, multi-apertures and inset pipes.
4. Cycle progresses automatically by control system through conditioning, sterilizing, exhaust, drying and venting phases.
5. With 7 sterilization program cycles: Fluid, Instrument, Textile, Rubber, Customize, Vacuum test, B & D test.
6. The timer starts only after the pre-set temperature is reached, ensuring complete sterilization.
7. Automatic air venting device (vacuum pump) discharges cool air from chamber to obtain effective saturated steam.
8. Fast and independent steam generator to provide strict control of heating temperature.
9. Built-in mini printer, water tank, high efficiency filter.
10. Steam-water inner circulation system: no steam discharge, and the environment for sterilizing will be clean and dry.
11. Can inactivate HIV, HBV, mad cow virus and bacillus.
12. The Cylindrical chamber is made of high quality SUS 304 stainless steel with polished surface for long lasting service and easy cleaning.
13. This machine is designed for open water tank, water purification, sewage tank separation, convenient and intutive.
14. Sound-light alarm when sterilization finished and cuts off the heating power source. Power shuts off upon completion of the cycle.

3. Safety interlock door: The program can’t start up when the door is unlocked under normal condition. Door is locked and the door can’t open when pressure in chamber.
4. Over-temperature protection: Adapt PT100 with accuracy class A for temperature control in chamber, collect temperature data in real-time, protect and alarm when temperature higher than default value.
5. Over-pressure protection: The relief valve starts to release pressure automatically when the pressure in chamber and steam generator exceed the default value.

8. Electric safety protective device: Fuse protects control units when short circuit or overload occurs.
9. Overheating protection device: High temperature deviation in chamber actuates protective device cuts off the heating source immediately.
