The GB4240 Horizontal Metal Band Saw Machine is a heavy-duty horizontal band saw designed for cutting a wide range of metal workpieces, including round tubes, square tubes, plates and other conventional metal materials. It is particularly suitable for small- and medium-batch material preparation where cutting efficiency and accuracy are important.
The machine features a hydraulic workpiece clamping system, hydraulic saw-frame lifting, hydraulic stepless feed adjustment and a roller-type material support rack. The workpiece can be loaded from the rear of the machine and positioned for cutting through the integrated electrical and hydraulic control system.
