Operating Principle
After inputting pipe parameters (ring stress, wall thickness, average outer diameter) into the host PC, the system automatically computes test pressure. Data transfers to the lower computer (MCU embedded system) via RS232 serial port. The lower computer executes automatic constant-pressure control while the high-pressure pump supplies regulated fluid through high-pressure hoses to test specimens in the medium incubator, enabling long-term hydrostatic or burst testing.
