These end caps are engineered to provide reliable hermetic sealing for plastic piping products including PVC, PE, PPR and ABS during internal hydrostatic pressure testing operations. They are fully compatible with our XGY series Pipe Hydrostatic Testing Machines, as well as testing equipment of other models supplied by customers.
End Caps Manufacturing

These end caps are constructed from 45# carbon steel or 304# stainless steel, with multiple structural configurations available, including end sealing, external sealing and dual sealing types, to accommodate piping products of various nominal diameters.
