- All core control parameters covering pressure values, timing durations and testing accuracy can be entered and adjusted flexibly via either the upper computer with precision pressure micro control unit or the lower industrial control computer terminal.
- Both the upper-level and lower-level control terminals are capable of displaying time readings (with a maximum range of 9999 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds) and pressure data accurate to three decimal places. Eight operational testing statuses including pressure boosting, pressure holding, pressure relief, running process, test completion and leakage & burst conditions can be presented synchronously or independently. Additionally, audible and visual alarm prompts will be triggered automatically upon the occurrence of overpressure, test finish, pipeline leakage and sample burst statuses.
- Adopting a distributed dual-computer control architecture, the entire system can maintain stable operation continuously even if the lower computer is disconnected or kept powered off for an extended period. Meanwhile, all recorded testing data can be securely preserved without loss, with the uninterrupted data retention duration reaching up to 8760 hours.
- The system enables operators to monitor real-time conditions, conduct data analysis, retrieve historical records, archive experimental data and generate printed reports as required. It supports the visualization of pressure-time test curves, alongside the collation and export of comprehensive parameters such as startup timestamp, preset duration, real-time clock data, valid & invalid testing periods, remaining runtime, overpressure duration and stabilized pressure holding time.
