Structure & Working Principle
The testing machine consists of workbench, anti-secondary impact mechanism, support tube, guide tube, hammer body, V-shaped anvil, automatic drop hammer mechanism, reducer, electric control cabinet and main frame.
Working principle: A hammer clamping assembly inside the guide tube lifts the hammer body automatically to preset height via motor and reducer. The release switch actuates to allow free fall along the guide tube, impacting the test specimen. Impact energy is calculated based on hammer mass and drop height.
After specimen impact, the anti-secondary impact mechanism controlled by photoelectric signal quickly locks rebounding hammer body to prevent repeated impact.
V-shaped anvil fitting below workbench features lead screws on both sides, with handwheel-driven lifting and lowering mechanism.
