The WAW-600D Computer Control Servo Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine features a bottom-mounted oil cylinder and advanced computer control system for comprehensive tensile, compression, and bending testing applications.
Applications & Functions
This universal testing machine performs a complete range of mechanical tests including tensile, compression, bending, and shear testing. It accommodates various metal materials as well as non-metallic materials such as plastics, concrete, and cement, serving diverse industrial testing requirements.
The bottom-mounted oil cylinder and dual-space frame design enable automatic adjustment of test space to accommodate different specimen sizes. The integrated computer and dedicated control unit support three control modes: stress control, strain control, and displacement control.
Advanced data management capabilities include test data storage, reanalysis of test curves, partial magnification of results, and data re-editing. The system automatically acquires all mechanical properties and generates comprehensive test reports with corresponding curves for printing.
