Covering 9 kHz to 6 GHz with 28 MHz I/Q bandwidth, it characterises WLAN, Bluetooth and IoT signals while a -103 dBc/Hz phase-noise floor and -160 dBm sensitivity reveal low-level spurs that threaten EMI or EVM budgets.
Standard USB-and-LAN control plus field-installable GPIB, pre-amplifier and tracking-generator keys preserve automation and scalar-network capability.
Supplied fully tested, freshly calibrated and firmware-current, the unit offers immediate deployment and substantial cost savings versus new hardware.
