Product Description
Product Overview

The pre-owned Keysight N9010A EXA Spectrum Analyzer combines a low-noise, fundamental-mixing front end with up to 140 MHz instantaneous bandwidth, enabling single-sweep EVM, ACLR and spur checks on LTE, Wi-Fi 6E and radar signals from 10 Hz to 26.5 GHz.

With typical -112 dBc/Hz phase noise and a -168 dBm noise floor (with pre-amp), this analyzer reveals faint emissions that jeopardize tight compliance margins. The 85 MHz real-time option guarantees 100% probability-of-intercept for microsecond transients.

High-speed LAN/USB streaming, SCPI automation and field-installable measurement apps streamline both R&D debugging and high-volume calibration, delivering Keysight accuracy at a fraction of new-instrument cost.
