A -122 dBc/Hz phase-noise floor and up to +27 dBm leveled output preserve mixer and power-amp margins, while a 167 dB electronic attenuator span removes the need for external pads during sensitivity or EMC work. Built-in AM/FM/φM, wide-band pulse and fast list-mode hopping accelerate high-throughput production, and LAN/GPIB SCPI control drops straight into existing automation.
