When paired with legacy average sensors, the frequency range extends up to 110 GHz. Simultaneous A/B acquisition, built-in ratio/delta math and 80 dB dynamic range significantly reduce test time for gain, compression and time-gated pulse applications.
The instrument features LXI-C LAN, USB and GPIB interfaces for seamless integration into automated test benches. ISO-17025-calibrated used units provide Keysight accuracy and long-term sensor compatibility at a fraction of new instrument cost.
