Product Overview
The Jigging Machine is an energy-efficient gravity separation equipment developed based on layer theory of jigger bed stratification. With large capacity, wide size range, high recovery rate, and simple operation, it's ideal for processing various minerals including gold, tungsten, tin, iron, manganese, and for recycling industrial slags and tailings.

Working Principle
The equipment operates as an open tank filled with water containing a thick bed of particles (ragging) supported on a horizontal perforated surface. Water pulsation (jigging action) causes denser particles to settle faster, enabling efficient separation.
