Our Jigging Machine is a new type of energy-saving, high-efficiency gravity separation equipment developed based on the layer theory of jigger bed stratification. With large capacity, wide size range, high recovery rate, and simple operation/maintenance, it's widely used for processing sand gold, tungsten, tin, iron, manganese, titanium, chrome, sulfur, coal, diamond, and various industrial slags.

The jig mining equipment operates as an open tank filled with water containing a thick bed of particles (called ragging) supported on a horizontal perforated surface. Water is pulsated up and down (jigging action) either pneumatically or via mechanical plunger. This action causes denser particles to preferentially trickle down faster and be removed from the bottom.
