Working Principle

The 6S Shaking Table operates through the combined action of:

  • Specific gravity differences of sorted minerals
  • Alternating movement of bed surface
  • Transverse oblique water flow and riffle/notch groove

This combination allows for loose layering of ores on the bed surface and fine shaped zoning, producing different product grades.

Operation Process

  1. Feed raw materials into feeding launder with water to create 20-25% concentration slurry
  2. Gravity flow carries slurry to deck
  3. Particle groups loosen and layer due to water rinsing and deck shaking
  4. Layered particles move in different directions based on water pressure and bed surface friction
  5. Light particles move downward (tailing side), heavy particles move opposite (concentrate side)
  6. Mineral particles spread fan-shaped along diagonal of feeding launder
